The Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

• 1x Doh!Salted Caramel cookie dough
Please note: travel, accommodation and subsistence for the event are not included and will not be reimbursed or subsidised by thePromoter. The winner is responsible for arranging and covering these costs.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equivalent value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
Prize Fulfilment
As the event tickets relate to a fixed event date, thesewill be issued to the winner as soon as possible and no later than 5 workingdays after the winner confirms their details, subject to availability ahead ofthe event. Given the proximity of the promotional close date to the event,winners are strongly encouraged to respond promptly to ensure tickets can beissued in good time.
The baking bundle and cookie dough will be shipped to a UKmainland address provided by the winner within 28 days of confirmation. ThePromoter is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or third-partyticketing platforms once dispatched, but will assist the winner in resolvingany delivery issues where reasonably possible.

Only one entry per person will count towards the draw,regardless of how many friends are tagged.
Promotional Period
The giveaway opens on 30 July 2026 and closes on 13 August2026 (2 weeks). Entries received outside this window will not be counted.
Eligibility
• Open to UKresidents aged 18 or over.
• Employees(and their immediate families) of BakeAway, Doh!, and any agencies or thirdparties directly associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants must have a public or otherwise accessible Instagram profile so entries can beverified.
• Only one (1) entry per person will count towards the draw, regardless of how many friends are tagged.
Winner Selection
• The winnerwill be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date.
• The winnerwill be contacted via Instagram direct message within 1 working day of thegiveaway closing.
• The winnermust respond within 5 days of being contacted and provide any requested detailsto claim the prize. If no response is received within this time, the Promoterreserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• ThePromoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• ThePromoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed invalid,fraudulent, or from fake/bot accounts, or that do not meet the entry mechanicin full.

• ThePromoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the giveaway at anystage if deemed necessary, without prior notice.
• Winner maybe asked to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the prize (e.g. arepost or story), though this is not compulsory.

Any personal data provided by entrants will be used solelyfor the purpose of administering this giveaway and delivering the prize, inaccordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy[https://bakedoh.com/privacy-policy-cookies]. Personal data may be shared withand handled by third parties (such as ticketing platforms or delivery couriers)solely for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering the prize. It will not beused for any other marketing purposes without separate consent.
Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
