Take your Doh! out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes, until it’s soft enough to shape.
Step 2
Divide the dough into portions and roll each one into a long, even log—about finger-length (8–10 cm) and roughly 2–3 cm thick.
Step 3
Place the dough “fingers” onto a lined baking tray, leaving space between each one. Gently press them down slightly so they bake evenly while still keeping their shape.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers are set.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and allow the cookie fingers to cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 6
Add cookie fingers to plate.
Step 7
Pipe or spread cream (such as whipped cream, buttercream, or a soft frosting) generously on top of the cookie fries.
Step 8
Add toppings over the cream—like crushed biscuits, chocolate chips, fruit pieces, caramel drizzle, or sprinkles pressing them lightly so they stick.
